3. Sample Testing Support.

To address customers’ concerns and ensure their confidence in the performance of our machines, we can conduct sample testing. The customer needs to send us the files (JPG, PLT, DXf, dwg, stp format). We can provide a complete technical solution within 4 hours and explain the detailed advantages to the customer,We will showcase our similar successful cases and test the customer’s products based on on-site conditions,We also support sending samples to the customer’s factory for stricter testing

2 Customers can arrange for engineers to come to our company for training before the machine is shipped. This will allow engineers to be exposed to new technologies earlier and expose problems in advance. Altron will 100% cooperate with customers to solve problems.

3. After the machine is shipped, ALTRON will immediately negotiate with the customer on the plan for our engineers to arrive at the site for installation training. Altron will send detailed training content and installation plans before departure so that the customer’s management personnel can clearly understand the entire plan.

4. When Altron engineers arrive at the site, they will inspect all machines immediately to prevent equipment from being damaged during transportation. However, the customer does not know the actual situation, which delays insurance claims; colleagues Altron will prepare accessories as soon as possible according to different problems. , cooperate with customers and send them to the site in time.

5. During the training and installation service process, we need to wear work clothes and customer factory safety protective equipment in accordance with Altron service requirements. All rules and regulations are in accordance with the customer factory’s contract.

6. After the day’s work is completed, the corresponding customer management department or actual person in charge needs to sign on the schedule. If the actual situation is different from the planned itinerary, we need to add or modify it in the schedule in time.

7. When the first phase of training is completed and the customer engineer has mastered the daily maintenance and daily troubleshooting of the machine, we need to submit the training schedule record to the customer’s general manager for inspection and conduct an examination based on the actual situation to ensure that the production manager has mastered it. When Altron engineers cannot go to the customer site for training due to the novel coronavirus, we will record the test and training tutorials into videos and send them to customers for viewing before the equipment is shipped. After confirming that there are no problems, we will arrange the delivery. When the customer After receiving the machine, we will continue to provide online services until the customer can fully master the machine; we will conduct regular whatsapp technical return visits. When everything returns to normal, we will arrange engineers to come to the site for technical guidance based on customer needs.
