All of our machines are exported with the export standard packages which comply with the export standard, we will use different package methods based on machine variety and shipment way.
1. For the big machines, we will use pe film for packing or packing it according to customers’ special requests, and load it in a container at our factory directly.
2. For Middle Machines we will pack them with 3 layers:
Inside layer: the machine is covered by a thickening plastic bag for waterproofing.
Middle: the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking.
Outside: we adopt wood craft cases.
3. About the small machines or spare parts, the Inner packing is in customized carton boxes with foam. The outer packing is in wooden cases with foam or as per the customer’s requirement.
