The project uses a combination of a 580-ton customized hydraulic stretching machine and a customized PLC multi-station flanging machine!
Manufacturing process:
Laser cuts the appropriate sheet size;
Use a bending machine to bend the four sides;
The deep drawing die of the hydraulic stretching machine is positioned with the flanging size, and deep drawing is completed on the hydraulic press;
Flanging, flanging and punching are performed on the multi-function flanging machine.

The advantage of using hydraulic stretching mainly improves production efficiency, about 35 seconds per piece! It is 6-8 times that of internal metal spinning, and the precision requirements are more stable!
