Structure
The main structure of the machine consists of an upper roll device, a lower roll device, a side roll device, a main transmission device, a turning device, left and right side frames, a chassis, etc.

The lower roller and the side rollers are driven rollers. The side rollers move up and down along the frame rails and are driven to rotate by the friction between the steel plate and the rollers. The hydraulic cylinder controls the lifting and lowering of the lower roller and the side rollers and the flipping and resetting of the flipping head to achieve precise and asymmetric bending and rolling.
Processing
The transmission system of our machine consists of a main drive,The upper roller is the active roller, directly connected to the hydraulic transmission device to ensure fine and efficient operation, and a secondary drive, The lower roller is driven by two cylinders for lifting and lowering, with high synchronization accuracy. The displacement data of the cylinder is detected by the displacement sensor, which further improves the accuracy. The rollers on both sides rotate by friction transmission. The side roller lifting cylinder is connected to the side roller bearing seat to ensure synchronous lifting and lowering, clear displacement feedback, and displayed on the screen for easy monitoring.
